Compassion Massage and Skin Care Denvers adheres to a strict cancellation policy. A client must cancel within a 24-hour window or they will be charged half of their treatment scheduled.

If you have a package or regular-priced treatment and you are a no-show, you will be charged the full regular price of your treatment session.

A credit card is required to hold each and every appointment made and will only be charged if the client no-shows or cancels less than 24 hours. 

It is imperative that you call or text me in the event of an emergency or cancel without 24-hour notice.
